Special order items will require a 25% restocking fee. Special order items are items that are made by the following manufacturers: England, La-Z-Boy, Southern Motion, and Palliser
Durablend and Bonded Leather are NOT actual leather. If items say bonded leather or durablend, this item is not real leather. If there are questions on this, please call before ordering.
Mattresses will not be returned if they are soiled. Warranties are also void from the manufacturer if the mattress is soiled.
Adjustable bases are not returned under any circumstance. This includes all of the adjustable bases from Ashley, Sealy, Stearns and Foster, Tempur-Pedic, and any others.
Please make sure to read and understand shipping time frames before purchasing. Shipping time frames may vary depending on stock situations and external factors. Add 2-4 weeks for a lead time if you are purchasing from Bozeman or Great Falls. Lead times are for when merchandise will be arriving to the store, not to the customer's home!

Barstools and dining chairs will be sold in whatever quantity the customer wishes. Please just put the quantity you would like. Barstools and dining chairs will also be priced as 1 only!
Customer service representative will call within 24 hours to give ETA on items. Many items may already be in stock.
The Day Before Your Delivery
- Our warehouse staff will unpack, inspect, and prepare your furniture for delivery. This will help to ensure that you are getting your product in the condition that you expect it.
- We will call you to remind you of your delivery and to verify the delivery address.
- We will carefully place your new furniture in the truck, and protect it with padding during the transit from our store to your home.
- We will notify you when we complete the delivery right before yours. This should give you about 30-45 notice before the delivery team arrives.
- To avoid accidents in your home, please remove all pictures, plaques, mirrors, loose rugs, and any breakable items from the entrance and hallways that will be used by the delivery team.
- Traffic delays, difficult deliveries, bad weather, and other unexpected situations may delay our arrival to your home. Our delivery team will call you if we expect to arrive outside of your delivery time.
- If you must leave the house unexpectedly, please call our store so we can notify the delivery team.
Delivery Service Includes
- Removing shoes upon entering your home (provided that conditions are safe to do so)
- Placement of your furniture by our own courteous and careful delivery personnel
- Putting together furniture if needed, such as attaching hardware, installing shelves, attaching mirrors and hutches, and setting up bed frames.
- Removal of old furniture/bedding if needed (provided that conditions are safe to do so)
- A follow up call to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase
In Store Pickup
- In store pickup is available at no cost. Some items require assembly. Please make sure to bring your own packing materials and tie down straps/ropes. Please give us a call 2 hours in advance of a pickup to ensure a quick loading process. Our warehouse staff will help you load your vehicle; however, the responsibility of safely transporting your furniture is yours. Pick ups are done on a first come first serve basis.
